Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Evergreen SM PropCo Limited, trading as St Mabyn Lodge Escape. Registered address 1st Floor, Olympus House, Quedgeley, Gloucester, GL2 4NF. *The prize draw is open to previous holiday guests of St Mabyn Lodge Escape and Doublebois Lodge Escape aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, eligible guests must submit the online form and opt in to receive marketing communications before 11:59pm on 15th June 2026. One entry per person. The prize consists of:
• One break of up to 7 nights during the Easter holiday period;
• One break of up to 7 nights during the May half-term period;
• One break of up to 14 nights during the school summer holiday period; and
• One break of up to 7 nights during the October half-term period.
Breaks may be taken at either St Mabyn Lodge Escape or Doublebois Lodge Escape during the 2026 or 2027 season, subject to availability at the time of booking. Off-peak dates may be selected instead, subject to availability. Travel, spending money, food, beverages and any additional costs are not included unless expressly stated. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 17th June 2026 and contacted by email no later than 19th June 2026. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. All eligible entrants who do not win will receive the exclusive returning guest discount code by email by 26th June 2026. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
**Discount applies to off-peak breaks at St Mabyn Lodge Escape and Doublebois Lodge Escape during 2026 and 2027 which are booked by 20th July 2027.
