Frequently Asked Questions

You can book online. Once you know which type of accommodation you want, just follow the user-friendly prompts to complete your booking, then put the dates in your diary and relax. You can also call us on our booking hotline if you have  questions about your booking or prefer to speak to someone, and we’ll take the booking for you.

When you book, you will need to pay a £50.00 deposit. The balance is then due no later than 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you book a holiday that starts in less than 10 weeks, you will need to pay in full on booking.

You can check into your accommodation from 4.00pm. You are very welcome to arrive earlier and explore the park while you wait.

Don’t worry, it’s not a problem. If you know you will be late, just give us a call before 5pm on your arrival day and let us know. We’ll tell you what you need to do to get your key and find your accommodation after our reception has closed. Then, settle in and we’ll see you in the morning.

Yes! Dogs are welcome at St Mabyn and we love meeting your four-legged friends. What’s more, we don’t charge extra for them. You can bring up to two dogs with you and you need to book one of our dog-friendly accommodation options. While you’re booking, you can also add a doggy welcome pack, which has a few essentials to start you off and some treats the dog will love too.

Yes, we have plenty of parking, right outside or very near to your accommodation. Parking spaces and areas are clearly marked so please use the right ones and don’t drive or park on the grass.  

Yes, you can and, as we don’t have a shop on site, it’s a great idea. Local supermarkets know where we are and many of our guests and owners arrange deliveries. Just one thing, make sure you book your delivery slots for a few hours after your estimated time of arrival to make absolutely sure you will there to take the delivery

There isn’t a laundrette but the good news is that all our lodges and holiday homes have their own washing machine, so if you need to do any emergency washes or just get ahead of things before you come home, you can. This is very convenient too, if you are an owner staying for longer stretches.

Yes, all your bed linens and your bath and hand towels are provided. What you will need to bring is beach towels to use with the hot tub or if you plan to be spending days at the seaside. Please keep the towels we provide inside your accommodation.  

Yes, we have Wi-Fi at St Mabyn in the public areas and inside your accommodation and it’s free to use. It’s strong enough for browsing the internet or answering your emails but it’s not suitable for downloading or streaming.
